2 bowls of rice (mix well with a little salt)
1 tbsp of chicken seasoning
200g shrimp (cleaned)
200g chicken body (small cut)
2 tbsp melted soy sauce
2 tbsp of mixed vegetables
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 green onion (sliced)
• Heat a little oil and fry the chicken. Then add shrimp and eggs.
• Add rice and mix well. Add melted soy sauce, chicken seasoning and white pepper powder.
• Add mixed vegetables and leeks.
