Raisins Rice

700 grams of rice
100 grams of onion sliced
50 grams of ginger sliced
50 grams of garlic sliced
30 grams of pandan leaf
200 grams of beef oil
300 grams of fresh milk
Salt to taste

How to make it
• Clean the rice and drain it.
• Heat beef oil and saute onion, ginger, garlic along with cinnamon, celery, cloves and pandan leaves.
• Put the rice into a saute pan, then add water and fresh milk and salt.
• Cover the pan but should stir once in a slow fire.
