Dhal Rice

2 cans of basmati rice milk (soak for 20 minutes)
¾ cups of horse beans (soaked for 30 minutes)
A little almonds and cashews
Carn canned milk liquid carnation
1 ¼ can of water
1 chicken cubes
2 onions (in lettuce)
6 small radish sticks (cut in favor)
1 cup of diluted mint mixed with vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon of white pepper
A little clove, cinnamon, crackers
Some coriander leaves
2 lemongrass on the dot
Salt enough
How To
• Heat oil in a saucepan and add 2 onion seeds, cloves, cinnamon, celery, grated ginger, garlic and white pepper, almonds and cashews.
• When slightly fragrant add rice, dal, radish, melted milk, chicken stock and water
• Mix everything together and cover the pan until the rice is cooked.
