FISH FILLET WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE


Ingredients
4 pieces of fish fillet
1/2 cup salt
2 camca black pepper powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
1 tbsp turmeric

Mushroom Ingredients
50 gm onion - chopped onion
100gm of thin-slice button mushrooms
75 ml of liquid milk
1 camca pepper
1 tablespoon butter
A little bit of salt

How To
• Lomor fillet with salt, black pepper, turmeric and lime juice. Marinate for 30 minutes. Heat butter, fry fillet until golden.

To prepare the sauce:
• Heat butter, saute onion and mushrooms until wilted.
• Add melted milk, stir well. Add salt and pepper.
• Cook until boiling, flush and pour over the fillet.
