Popiah basah


The ingredients
½ kg of poppy skin

Material A
2 Slices are sliced
2 carrots sliced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tbsp of concentrated soy sauce
2 garlic seeds
a little bit of sesame oil, salt, white pepper and seasoning
Saute onion until fragrant. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and sesame oil. Add the squid & radish. Cook until tender and dry.

Material B
1 cucumber seeds are 2 inches long
salad leaves
shrimp, crab contents, eggs (boiled and minced - separately)

PETIS 
250g of brown sugar
½ bottle of tomato sauce
½ bottle of chilli sauce
chilli peppers (minced) will love it, they will spice up more
5 tablespoons petal
Red sugar and boiled chillies together with 2 cups of water Put in tomato sauce, chilli sauce and whisk until boiled.

How to Roll Popiah
• Apply popia with petal sauce. Arrange a piece of salad leaves on top.
• Add the crab contents, eggs, cucumber shrimp and garnish with the chilli rice roll Roll well and serve
