Spicy Chicken Rendang

1 chicken - simple cut
20 dried pepper stems - grind
10 small onions - grind
6 cloves of garlic - grind
3 cm ginger - grind
3 cm live turmeric - grind
3 cm wide - grinding
4 lemongrass - grind
500 ml of coconut milk
4 pieces of lime leaves
2 sheets of turmeric leaf
2 pieces of greetings
A little oil to fry

How To
• Heat the oil and then fry the ingredients together until they are dry.
• Add chicken, coconut milk and salt to taste.
• Mix the chicken with the ingredients until smooth. Let it boil until the chicken is fully cooked.
• Finally add turmeric, bay leaf and lime leaves.
• Sprinkle fried onions before serving
